RBA wins the national award for excellent service

Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d. (RBA) has been awarded the Best in Customer Service Award for excellent service. 30 Croatian firms registered in various business activities also competed for the said award. Eight of them have received an award, and RBA has been recognized as best in the banking sector.
The criterion for the Best in Customer Service Award is based on the CustomerSMART model. The companies which competed for the award were graded according to five criteria: leadership and creativity, service culture, service positioning, management of relations with the clients and obtaining the customer's trust i.e. strategy for service recovery. The members of expert jury, clients and bank employees were included in the process of deciding.
This award for excellent service is a confirmation of the corporative culture which is oriented to client satisfaction and for which the employees of RBA deserve special merit.
